House Rules

Dear Guest!

Thank you for choosing Gerendás Guest House! The purpose of the following house rules is to ensure that all our guests have a peaceful, safe, and pleasant stay. By using the accommodation, guests automatically accept and agree to abide by the rules.

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. – If you arrive later, please let us know in advance.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Please return the keys and vacate the room by the specified time on the day of departure.

2. Registration and identification

In accordance with legal requirements, we are required to register the identity of all guests. Please bring a valid ID card or passport with you upon arrival.

Registration is based on the data management information (in accordance with the VIZA/NTAK system).

3. Payment and tourist tax

Please pay the accommodation fee on arrival, in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions (cash or SZÉP card).

Tourist tax is payable if required by law (payable separately if not included in the price).

4. Smoking and use of open flames

Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of the accommodation.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please use an ashtray and do not leave cigarette butts in the garden.

5. Guests and visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight on the premises of the guest house.

Please arrange all visits in advance and ensure that their behavior does not disturb the rest of other guests.

6. Accidents, liability, and damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

Please report any malfunctions, accidents, or irregularities to the accommodation provider immediately.

7. Community order and quiet

Please respect the rest of other guests, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., when quiet is expected.

Please refrain from loud music and noisy activities!

8. Cleanliness and tidiness

The guest house is provided to you in a clean and tidy condition.

Please refrain from using it for purposes other than those intended and leave the rooms in the same condition as you found them at the end of your stay.

9. Pets

Pets (e.g., dogs, cats) are allowed in the guest house (please check when booking, as specific conditions depend on the accommodation provider).

10. WiFi, equipment, and services

The guest house has free WiFi, a garden, barbecue facilities, and other common areas.

Please use the facilities for their intended purpose and leave all equipment undamaged.

11. Disorderly conduct and right of termination

The accommodation provider has the right to ask the guest to leave or refuse accommodation in the event of a serious violation of the house rules.
